Description
GSM/GPRS modem
The expansion of the transmission and distribution network and the need to accurately measure and manage gas consumption make remote monitoring of gas stations even more necessary. Therefore, Gas Souzan Industrial Manufacturing Company has designed and manufactured station monitoring equipment, one of which is GSM/GPRS modem.
The modem which is designed by Gas Souzan company reads instantaneous values, archives and ultrasonic turbine and flow computer correction warnings, and then sends them to the remote reading system through the Internet via SIM card (GPRS) or SMS (as a backup platform in special conditions).
Features:
- Ability to connect with four devices (turbine gas meter corrector or ultrasonic flow computer, combined)
- Communication protocols: Iflag and Modbus RTU based on RS-232 and RS-485 serial standards.
- Display the status of connection and exchange of information with the server and devices, current and archived errors, etc. through the screen.
- Setting the message center and special numbers in special conditions, serial parameters, etc. by modem keys
- External power supply 24 V DC or battery 3.6 V DC.
- it can be installed in ATEX enclosures with required approvals
Features of remote reading system:
- Access to the information can be measured including: flow rate, consumption rate, temperature and gas pressure, etc.
- Access to the information of modem and device including: device and modem status, the latest recorded possible warnings and archival values, etc.
- Set a time to send information at the certain time, activate or deactivate SMS sending and message center, etc. by the user through the system.
- Data analysis: to generate various reports based on user needs, information storage and support, easy user interface to draw graphs and compare parameters, determine the access level for people to access information.
